Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ringing Bowls. We aim to deliver authentic, handcrafted Tibetan singing bowls with care and accuracy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Custom-engraved bowls or used items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged

  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

  4. Ship the item securely with the RMA included inside the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label

  • If returning for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer covers the shipping cost

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund will include the item’s purchase price only

  • Shipping fees or handling charges are non-refundable

Warranty Claims

Our bowls are handmade and inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Warranty claims depend on the product and nature of the defect. We will guide you through the process once we review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:

  • Used or damaged bowls

  • Custom-engraved or personalized items

  • Mallets or accessories that show signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
